This is a sterile and non-sterile compounding position where your work directly supports patient safety and regulatory excellence.

You’ll operate in a structured lab environment aligned with NAPRA standards, with strict attention to documentation, traceability, and quality control.

No quotas. No front-store distractions. No rushed verification environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing sterile and non-sterile compounds in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards
  • Supporting pharmacists with technical functions and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records for controlled substances and lot tracking
  • Managing inventory and storage
  • Ensuring lab cleanliness and environmental controls
  • Participating in audits and quality improvement

What You Bring

  • Registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP), or eligible for licensure
  • Experience in a regulated pharmacy environment (sterile training will be provided)
  • Open to new graduates with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Confidence following SOPs
  • Professional, structured approach

  • Independently preparing compounds with SOP adherence
  • Accurate, audit-ready documentation
  • Strong inventory and workflow control

Compensation & Schedule

  • $28–$35 per hour based on experience
  • Full benefits
